Data Deletion Request

Motardia lets you delete some or all of your data. You can do most of it yourself directly in the app, and you can also ask us to delete your data by email — including if you no longer have access to the app.

1. Delete your entire account

In the app: open Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and the personal data associated with it — your profile, marketplace listings, rides you created, chat messages, and uploaded photos — except information we are legally required to keep or that is needed to resolve disputes.

2. Delete part of your data (keep your account)

You can delete specific content yourself, without deleting your account: • Marketplace listings — open the listing → Delete. • Rides you created — open the ride → Delete / Cancel. • Chat messages — long-press a message → Delete. • Profile photo and details — Settings → Edit profile.

3. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, or you want us to delete specific data for you, email us at dyayoub@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific data. We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

4. What we delete and how long we keep data

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period. Some data may persist where it is out of our control (for example, messages already delivered to other users) or where we must retain it to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud and abuse.
